Динамика метастатического поражения хориоидеи на фоне полихимиотерапии (клинический случай)

При отягощенном онкоанамнезе, наличии у пациента зрительных жалоб и характерной офтальмоскопической картины, диагностика внутриглазных метастазов не вызывает сложностей. В 10-20% случаев эксцентрично расположенные метастазы, как правило, являются случайной находкой, что может вызвать сложности в постановке правильного диагноза. В работе представлен клинический случай бессимптомно протекающих билатеральных многофокусных хориоидальных метастазов малых размеров. Описана их ОКТ-картина и динамика течения процесса на фоне проведения полихимиотерапии.
