Отслойка десцеметовой мембраны после факоэмульсификации катаракты. Клинический случай

Цель Оценить клинические результаты применения введения воздуха при лечении отслойки Десцеметовой мембраны после факоэмульсификации катаракты с имплантацией торической интраокулярной линзы.
Материал и методы После проведения факоэмульсификации катаракты левого глаза была выявлена отслойка Десцеметовой мембраны площадью около 1/3 роговицы. Выполнена пневмодесцеметопексия с введением воздуха под контролем интраоперационной передней оптической когерентной томографии.
Результаты На первый день после проведения пневмодесцеметопексии наблюдалось уменьшение отека роговицы и частичное прилегание мембраны. Полное восстановление целостности и прозрачности роговицы зафиксировано на 11-й день наблюдения.
Заключение Пневмодесцеметопексия с использованием воздуха под контролем интраоперационной передней оптической когерентной томографии позволила добиться в сроки 11 дней полного прилегания Десцеметовой мембраны к строме роговицы, что привело к быстрому восстановлению прозрачности оптической зоны роговицы.
